Started on July 9th but you can still attend!
Have you ever thought about reading scripture with new eyes? The new bible study, Bible Stories for Grown-Ups, by Josh Scott, takes our familiar bible stories and offers the opportunity for us to dig deeper.
For example, the story of Noah, one of the most-told stories from our childhood, is not really such a nice time for most of the world’s inhabitants. There is so much more for us to contemplate other than the ark, animals coming in two by two, and in the end, a rainbow.
We invite you to join us for bible study beginning where we will review several of the most known stories from the Old and New Testaments. Join us:
Wednesday, July 9 through Wednesday, August 20
7:00 – 8:15 p.m.
Meet in Driscoll Hall
Books should be purchased in advance. You can get books from Amazon, or a vendor of your choice.
